These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BinBanditz website and your use of BinBanditz curbside bin valet services and related services. By visiting our website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or signing up for any service from BinBanditz, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
BinBanditz provides curbside bin valet services and related curbside assistance services. This may include moving your trash and recycling bins to and from the curb, and in some cases placing approved items at the curb for pickup.
All services are:
- Subject to availability
- Limited by our service area and routing
- Provided only on approved days and times based on your location and our schedule
BinBanditz may change, pause, or discontinue certain services at any time, as reasonably needed for business or operational reasons.
2. Service Area
BinBanditz currently provides services only in approved service areas.
- Service availability depends on your address and our active coverage zones.
- We may update, expand, reduce, or change our service areas at any time.
- If you move or your address changes, service is not guaranteed at the new location unless it is within our current service area.
If your home falls outside our active service area, we may not be able to start or continue service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To help BinBanditz provide safe and reliable service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete account and service information, including name, contact details, and service address.
- Keep your information up to date, including any changes in address, phone number, or email.
- Ensure that bins are accessible at the agreed location (such as garage side, side yard, or designated staging area).
- Provide any needed gate codes, access instructions, or special notes in advance, and update them if they change.
- Make sure that items you request to be placed at the curb (such as boxes, furniture, or other items) are approved, reasonably safe to handle, and comply with local rules.
- Keep walkways, driveways, and paths reasonably clear, safe, and free of hazards (such as ice, clutter, aggressive pets, or unsafe obstacles).
If we cannot safely or reasonably access your bins or items due to conditions at your property, service may be delayed, limited, or skipped for that visit.
4. Curbside Service Only
BinBanditz provides curb placement and related curbside assistance services only.
- We move bins and certain approved items to and/or from the curb; we do not provide municipal trash collection.
- BinBanditz is not responsible for actual trash pickup by your city or waste provider.
- BinBanditz does not provide full junk removal or hauling services.
Any extra curbside placement for boxes, furniture, or other items may:
- Require separate approval
- Be subject to safety and weight limits
- Require a separate quote and additional charges
You are responsible for making sure that any items placed at the curb meet your city or waste provider rules.
5. Scheduling and Service
BinBanditz schedules service based on your household’s regular trash pickup day and our operational routes.
Service times can vary. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Service may be delayed or skipped due to holidays, severe weather, or access issues beyond our reasonable control.
6. Payments and Billing
By signing up, you agree to pay the fees for your selected plan. You authorize BinBanditz to charge your payment method for recurring fees. If a payment fails, we may pause service until payment is made.

8. Quotes for Extra Services
Extra services, such as moving large amounts of boxes or furniture, require a personalized quote. These are subject to approval, safety reviews, and additional fees.
9. Safety and Refusal of Service
We may refuse or delay service if conditions are unsafe, items are hazardous, or access is blocked. If service is skipped due to these factors, regular charges may still apply.
10. Pet Safety
Pet Safety: For the safety of our team and your pets, customers must ensure dogs and other animals are safely secured during service visits. BinBanditz will not enter any area where an animal appears unsafe, uncontrolled, or likely to interfere with service. If safe access is not available, service may be delayed, skipped, or declined.
11. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorized access or introduce harmful code. Misuse may result in blocked access.
12. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
We do not guarantee that the website or valet service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency.
13. Limitation of Liability
BinBanditz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the preceding three months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to hold BinBanditz harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
